Dont have a download button for sims 4

I seem to be having issues after I installed 'STEAM VERSION' of Sims 4 during a free weekend. Even after uninstalling it now it won't let me open sims 4 on origin and I've tried multiple times to clear all the caches and even uninstall and restart with no results. I have no clue why Origin won't let me install Sims 4 this is starting to confuse me as to why this is so difficult.
