Does my laptop meet the system requirements for sims 4 pets?

I keep getting the message "application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" while creating pets in sims 4. i am going to post my dxdiag to this thread and can someone please check it for me? i hope my laptop meets the requirements considering its a fairly new laptop... :/

Your CPU is below minimum requirements for Cats & Dogs and your Graphics driver is three years old. You can try to upgrade the graphics driver with the latest available from the manufacturer.
