Do you get Simpoints for every Expansion Pack you buy?

I just got the Seasons and Generations for christmas and I was wondering do you get any points for buying them and if Yes, then how.

No. Only the base game and world adventures give you free Simpoints.

Yes, you do. I got the Seasons and I got simpoints. I think every Expansion Pack comes with Sim Points

There was an error where some people got SImpoints AGAIN for WA and the base game. That's probably what happened for you.

I heard you get a thousand for each (WA & base game). But when I registered my Sims 3 Starter Pack I only got 500! (and bonus Date Night clothing)

The starter pack only gives 500 but if you got a message saying you're SUPPOSED to get 1000, you can try a game advisor to see if they are willing to give you the rest

i just bought the sims starter pack with supernatural and was rewarded 3100 sim points :P that was yesterday :D im considering buying seasons cause i like aliens
