Do you Take my money?!

I had pre-ordered Cottage Living a few weeks ago and it's saying that there is a problem with my purchase. I'm wondering.. Do you take pre-order money on order date or release date? I doesn't make ANY sense if it was the latter, So I REALLY hope you can tell me it's on ORDER date. I had the money then. I'm broke now.

You should have made sure to have enough funds on your account to pay for your purchase. Checking your account would have revealed if any money had been withdrawn on preordering.
