Discoloration in Sims 4 CAS Demo

Hi, I've just downloaded the CAS demo for Sims 4, and all was well until I started customizing the face on my female sim. I tried switching genders, and it did the same thing. I also restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the demo. Nothing seems to be working. My sims appear to be one solid color (even the clothes). My sims do not have faces either. I can't see any details except for the little screenshot in the bottom left. When I finished making my sims, they all had some sort of brown streaks all over their bodies. Is anyone else having this issue?
