Disappearing NPCs

Reporting a Glitch.   I've noticed both in my game and in the Let's Plays that people are doing on YouTube that NPCs (including the dolphins) go invisible from time to time since installing Island Living.   My Sim asked a friend over and apparently she was there but was nowhere to be found.  My teen sim was out on a date with her boyfriend and he disappeared right in the middle of it  They don't reappear again until you move to another lot.

As for the NPCs, are they truly invisible or just leaving the lot ? Are you playing Sulani and those are out of town Sims ?

A Similar issue but not quite the same.    Definitely playing Sulani. The NPCs from Sulani disappear during game play.  They don't leave the lot at all.  You can still interact with them just can't see them to do so..   Same thing happened in a Let's Play I was watching on YouTube.

@YeOldSimmer Is that on normal speed or when you speed the game up ? What are your settings ?

Could you add a a picture of your ingame graphics settings.

Just for the Sims as the dolphins already have one.
