Difficulty registering for Sims3

Each time I register I am rerouted back to the registration page for Sims3.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong.  If you have any suggestions I would appreciate the help.

@amandabear24 Is your computer a pc or mac? If your computer is a pc clear the browsing history in IE or reset the IE browser. Not the browser you use but IE. Windows 10 defaults to Edge - that's not it. In Windows 10 do a search for internet explorer and IE 11 should be found. Clear or reset IE 11. If that doesn't work try a different browser.
