Just as the title says, I did not received my bundle of 1,000 sims points I purchased. There is no contact for the sims 3 store on the sims 3 offical page. Who do I get a hold of in order to received my points? I have the order number and copy of the receipt in my mailbox from Paypal that I pay for the sims points.

first try log out of the sims 3 site and back in to see if the points show up
