Did a back up and reset, cant get my households back into the game

Hello,

I did the reset thing according to the ea guide.. I put the sims 4 folder back into the ea file. When I started the game my old saves was not there and it seems I tried to search for any corrupted files according to the ea guide, but alas, it did not work either. Now I'm mortified that my households are truly gone :'(

Could someone take a look into my files and see if they can see if there's anything wrong with them (I've made a zipped up folder that I can send)? I'm not at all good with computers, I have no idea what to search for and what is what.
Please help, I'm so sad everything is gone :'(
