Deleting games from Origin account

I purchased an expansion twice now, the first time it was a disc and I lost the code pamphlet. This time I had it direct liked to my origins account and played on it for a good bit until the newest update hit my computer, putting movie stuff on my laptop when I never even downloaded that one. This completely wiped Seasons off of my computer and Origins does not say I have it purchased anymore. I am thoroughly annoyed and would like this either fixed or reimbursement because this was not an error on my end this time.

Hi @Max-WellGat,

That is very strange, @Max-WellGat. Could you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and check if you have a 'EP08' folder in there? That would be Seasons Expansion Pack installed in your computer.
