Deformed pets and popping back to my desktop

Hello,

Icurrently have a  problem with deformed pets. I searched a lot about it, but nothing really worked. As far as I know my video-card is okey. But the I could be wrong since I'm not really good at this kind of stuff... Anyways I hope someone could help me?

Beside all this, I also got another problem :  Every time when I'm playing the Sims 3 it pops back to my desktop after a few seconds, sometimes minutes, and it happens all the time! I literally tried everything but nothing worked. When this popping back happens, my Sims will still be on, it's only minimizes.

sounds like you have bad CC in your game. Were you downloading anything from the exchange? See link about bad cc and how to get rid of it

IIf you havent downloaded any outside content to the game maybe Pets has a glitch?? I don't have pets installed but I will post in the helpers corner to see if someone else can help you further.

in your game-options turn advance rendering on tick accept save and quit launch the game again see if that makes a difference for you

edit to add the minimising could be ,a program in the background interferening do you have anything else running ? any Antivirus doing a scan ? a software updating

Also Pets used to work properly on my old computer so it's probably my computer. I'd like to post a dxDiag but for some reason it doesn't work..

Edit: And everything is updatet and nothing is running, unless I don't know it.
