What happens when the bug occurs? Daily aspiration is missing.
What do you expect to see? Daily aspiration is appeared. then I can achieve my aspiration point.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It is occurred after this game is updated in April 2019.

Do you have the Whims option turned on, they turned them off with an update.

Esc >  Gameplay > Show whims
