Custom content isn't showing up.

I've just an issue fixed where my game wouldn't load up at all and when that was fixed and it loaded, non of my custom content was there, the choice to only choose CC wasn't even there. What do I do? All of it is still on my PC and in the Mods folder under The Sims 4, so it's in the right place. Can someone help please?
