Custom Music STILL wont work

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Get Together, City Living, Seasons, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Vampires, Backyard Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Laundry Day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When putting custom music into any station, then see if the audio plays ingame and in the settings.
What happens when the bug occurs? The music does not only play in settings as a sample, but not ingame, it notices the custom mp3 files as music in the settings, and ingame when I skip a song, it stops on a song or two without music/audio, clearly the custom music.
What do you expect to see? The Custom Music play.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I'm moving this to the tech forum for troubleshooting as none of the stations work for you and not a particular one.

If the custom music doesn't work, it's most of the time the format you're using.

• They must be all .mp3 files with a bit rate no larger than 320kbit/s.
