Custom Content Piece Corrupted

I was trying to open the Sims and I got this message:

The message shows that I have a corrupted piece of custom content so I went into my folders and it was not there. I've searched a lot for it and came to the conclusion that it wasn't in my folders. I repaired my game hoping that it would work but when I started the Sims again I got this message again. How do I get rid of this piece of custom content and be able to play the Sims again?

Try taking out half your mods/CC and test the game. Keep splitting until you find all that is causing issues. Hopefully that way the error goes away as well.
