Current Save Acts Like New Save Each Time I Open It

My current game has just started doing something weird. When I open it, it says New Towns (do you want to move, blah blah), puts in a new weather stone, a new portal, erases all "wants" and the seasons are mixed up, such as it says its summer but the holiday is spooky day. Plus it gotten laggy all of a sudden. Any ideas? Yes, I use mods.
