Create a World not working with Patch 1.48 - Compatibility Issue

Hi, I'm having major issues with the Create a World tool with the 70's 80's & 90's patch[1.48], but it started with the Seasons Patch[1.42] and the Pre-Stuff Pack[1.47]. Everytime I Start up CAW, I get this message that the currently installed game is not compatable with CAW and tells me to install the newest CAW even though it's the same version. It was fine up to Supernatural, now it's not. I have all Expansion and Stuff Packs including 70's 80's & 90's. Can you help me?
