Create a Sim problem after update - Sims 4

I am having this problem with my Create a Sim ever since I downloaded the update. Parts of the face and figure are blacked out and there's a large question mark on the forehead. If I were to create a child or adult the black spaces are not there.

Is anyone else having this problem? How can I resolve this?

Try right-clicking on your game in Origin and hit repair game.
