Crazy Glitches that are not letting me use the game correctly [ Edited ]

So when ever i go on the game i doesnt save my last session i can't build walls floors or wall paper and i can only buy or sell one thing at a time in build mode. But every time i go in the game it says that i am trying to load a newer version than i running and to update but i have already several times and i have even reinstalled the game but that didn't work either. and i have no mods or custom content.
