Crashing still on sims 4

Sims 4 is still crashing i have updated and restarted my pc . What else do I need to do to get it to work ? And how do I do it ?

If that's what you're seeing, try the workarounds described in that post.

Otherwise, please start a new save for comparsion, and let me know how it runs.  If you get another crash, please let me know when it happens, as in, can you play at all and for how long, and is there any pattern to what's happening in game when it crashes?

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
