Crashing on Start-Up

Hello! My Sims4 has been crashing for several days. I attempt to load my save, and it will open the world map, but when it tries to load my household, it crashes every time.

I am not using any custom content or mods in my game. I have updated all of my drivers and Windows10, but no improvement. Please help!

Your graphics driver is pretty old. Please visit nvidia.com to update it. See if that helps.

Thanks for your reply! I updated my graphics driver and restarted my computer, but it's still crashing.

Please try to start a new game and see if that works.

It didn't work. It allowed me to make a new Sim, but when I tried to enter the world, it crashed.
