Heyy!
So im currently playing sims 4 on my HP Desktop.
Not on ultra settings. But it still lags a little.
So wanted to buy a laptop that will be better.
My budget isnt huge. So i wont be buying a gaming laptop.
I have found these 2, if anyone could point me in the right direction, ill forever be grateful.

@SimmerLou The first link doesn't work; the laptop might not be available anymore. But the second laptop is not likely to run Sims 4 very well, especially if you have more than just the base game and a few packs. Its processor, graphics chip, and memory are all below what we recommend, and its hard drive is small enough that it couldn't hold much more than the game.
I don't know the specs of your current computer, but it's possible the laptop you linked wouldn't run Sims 4 any better, and possibly worse. That is unfortunately true of any new laptop in the £300 range, aside from the rare discount. If you can spend a bit more, let me know, and I'll look around for some better options.
Or, if you'd like to know whether you could improve how the game runs on your desktop, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post. It's possible you could spend less money, or perhaps even none at all, to make the desktop perform better.

You have two bottlenecks in your Desktop.
1. You have 4GB RAM doubling that will help. RAM is cheap. Check with your manual what RAM you need. It is easy to install on a desktop.
2. You only have integrated graphics. Even the cheapest graphics card will help a lot. Again check the manual for what is supported.
Your budget doesn't stretch to a Laptop that will be good enough to play the Sims 4 any better than your desktop does. But upgrading your desktop can be done well within your budget.

Take it to the nearest computer shop and have them have a look.
I just checked it at HP Unfortunately it is an all-in-one computer which means that Graphics can not be upgraded. Here is the info for RAM.
Memory upgrade information
NOTE:32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.
It already has one 4GB RAM module so if you decide to upgrade that you need another one with the same specifications.
Upgrading RAM will not help with Graphics but the overall speed of things should be better both in the game and with other things you use it for.
