Could my pc run sims 4?

I know its a piece of junk im planning to get a brand new pc soon.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU @ 2.60 GHz

RAM: 2GB

System Type: 32-bit

Version: SP-2

Storage: 154 GB (Left)

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE

OS: Windows Vista

So yeah could someone that knows stuff about computers tell me if i can run sims 4 without it being laggy and stuttery. Thanks.
