Cottage Living: Chicken System Error

Is anyone else having an issue with the chickens freezing outside of the coop? My sim can still interact with it but it will not move at all and I'm stuck with a broken chicken in my yard now. I try to move it to my inventory, nothing. I try to move it through build/buy and I receive a pop-up saying system error. This happens every single time and I am beyond frustrated having to remake my game because of this.

@dsnyprincess18 Do you have any mods/cc in your game ? If so, do you get the same error if you remove those ?

@dsnyprincess18 Can you try if moving your family out and back in gets rid of the chicken ?

Save your game under a new name first, then try moving
