Content unlocked but no download button

I have purchased a sims 3 expansion pack, put the redeem code into origin and it accepted it. Under the expansion pack tab it says the content is unlocked but there is no button to download it anywhere.

@scove56  You'll need to contact EA customer support and request that the "entitlement," as it's called, for the pack be added to your account.  You may need to specifically request the version that matches what you've installed, i.e. the 64-bit Mac version or the 32-bit version.
