Confusing enabling (CC) Mods

 Can someone help me how to enable CC mods on sims 3 i tried everything but nothing works.

@JenNGor  Mods and custom content don't need to be enabled, they just need to be installed properly.  Here's a guide for .package files, which includes all mods and some cc:

For Sims3Pack-based custom content, place it in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads, open the launcher's Downloads tab, check the boxes next to the Sims3Packs you want, and click Install.
