Comunity build mode

I have seen some people witbuild mode and they have infinit amount of money. I know that it is for the comunity build. All I want to know is how to acsese it.

If you build on a empty lot, yes.

But the lot gets a price and once you wanna move a Sim in, he will need the have that money (or use the freerealestate on cheat)

You can either access those lots from Manage World (click on an empty lot and choose build) or you can just go to an existing community lot with your Sim and change to build mode.

You can't build on lots that already has a family that way.
