Computer Freezes - Sims 4.

Ok, so yesterday I recently bought Sims 4 ( disk) I got home installed it, did that 74 meg update, then I launched it it looked so cool on the cas ( create a sim) screen so I was creating my sim and when I got to the hair style's my pc froze so I was like wtf? I read it online and they say I have to play windowed mode so I played windowed mode still crashes even with the lowest specs, and I also have the requirements needed : ( , Latest drivers too. Help pl0x?
