Command Promt MIA

I have been playing sims4 for a little while now and everything was going well. I don't use modes or cheats and suddenly when i got on the other i could no longer give my sims commands. The command window no longer pops up when i click on objects, other sims or even my own sim. Ive repaired the game, reinstalled it and deleted all my sims. Nothing is working and it is super frustrating. It isn't my mouse or my computer because i can click things in game and go into settings and everything.

Did I understand you well? Did you uninstall the game from your computer and installed it again downloading it from Origin?
Did you delete the TS4 folder from Documents too?

Absolutely nothing was left of the old game?

So you started a new game. And in this new, virgin folder created after installation with a new sim still is this error.

If so, could you give us DxDiag of your computer?
