Sounds like you have 3d settings on in your graphics card settings. Check on that.

I have been trying to figure this out since yesterday and even live chatted with someone from EA and didnt get an answer and here it was something so simple. I have only had this computer a few months so Im unfamiliar with alot of it yet since its a vast upgrade from my last desktop. Thank you so much! You have made my day
