I pirchased SIms 3 starter pack today off of Amazon. I followed the steps and got the codes put into Origin, Sims 3's icon was in my liubrary now and all I needed to do was Downlaod it. When I pressed Download an ERROr message came up saying that I could not Download Sims 3. What is going on?!?

Have you tried to close Origin completely.  Make sure it's not running in your system tray.  Open it up again and see if it allows you to download it.

If it doesn't can you post the entire error message it gives you?
