I just bought Roaring Heights, but when I went to redeem the code on the Sims 3 website, it tells me that it has already been used. Keep in my mind that I bought the DIGITAL version TODAY. How could is that possible? What can I do?

@Bellatrix10 Please make sure you're entering the exact code, not switching a zero for the letter o or similar.
If that's not the issue, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. A support rep will be able to look up your purchase history and either add your code manually or issue you a new one.
