Code Redeem Issue

Hi there

I redeemed a code for a recently purchased add on, which it accepted, but it hasn't downloaded the game or added it into my games list.  I also noticed that if I got o manually add it, it won't let me, because I have already redeemed the code!

Any ideas on how I can fix it?

You have to go into" My account information" in the store..Next got "redeem a code" at bottom of that page you should see redeem free points or something like...Orange box with text in it.
