Clicking DOWNLOAD for purchased items doesn't install them via sims launcher.

I click on the DOWNLOAD button on the purchased items page, on the sims 3 website, but nothing happens; the items don't start to download in the sims launcher, nothing happens at all. Is the link broken or something?

@Shadowlegend39Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Sometimes running the launcher at the same time helps

If it is updated, could you please post the info from here if there is any: documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
