are you using mods in your game ? Especially any UI Mods ?
TBH, I'm having issues what your issue is other than the weird fast moving reputation bars.

UI Mods are any kinds of mods that change something about the User Interface. The UI Cheat Extension being the most popular one.
MCCC shouldn't be the issue, I'm currently using that as well on my own game and don't see what you're seeing. Anything else ?
Could you try repairing your game through Origin and delete your localthumbcache.package file ?
