I have a sims 4 problem i have no cheat bar My Mouse only shows an X do You Know how to fix that?

Sounds like you have a background program that also uses key combinations interfering with the Sims. Sometimes this happens for like programs that take screenshots and such. Could you try turning off all unnecessary programs before running the game?

Also, if you use mods, try removing them to ensure it's not a mod-related problem.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.
