I haven't played for a year, so I forgot my password and changed it. An email says that it was successfully changed but when I try to Login into The Sims 3 Launcher, it was in Red Letters, Not Logged In.
What can I do?

For all questions about your account, game code, and game registration, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

@AbC2499a5981490 Please clear the cache for Internet Explorer. Even if you never use it, the launcher does for some purposes. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.

If that doesn't help, please remove your entire Sims 3 folder from Documents\Electronic Arts; you can put it on your desktop for now. Open the launcher and try to login. If it works, you can move your saves and other content from your old game folder to your new one. Here's a complete list of the files you'd want to move:
