Cas Demo Black Screen (with llama face)

Same issue here with the Llama on right click, the magnifier cursor appearing near screen edge, and the black screen of doom otherwise.

The fix posted by redbadger, followed exactly and the game works now! ... but I wonder why origin wasn't loaded in programs in the first place... wth.

Same thing happened to me. I checked my programs and features and noticed that Origin was not listed. Although I have origin files pointing towards an external hdd, it should still show the application in the list of installed programs. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and am reinstalling the CAS demo. Will report back if fixed!!

I checked if Origin shows up in 'Add or Remove Programs' and it did not. So I followed the instructions that redBadger22 posted and BAM! It works. Thank you so much! mileyvery-happy:

I've already reinstalled Origin and the S4CAS demo, and they both show up in my add or remove programs. Yet I am still getting the black screen with the llama. The demo starts up perfectly, and the video runs fine! But after the video like I stated before thhe I just get the black screen and the right-click llama.I know it's a compatibility issue and I already tried running the program in different compatibility modes. So at this point I don't know what to do.

I'm still having this problem as well despite a reinstall. I know no one currently knows any way to solve it, but I just want people to be aware that it's still a problem and hopefully it gets fixed soon.
