Career Tab Is Messed Up [ Edited ]

The title just sums it up. I've included a picture. Also, my Sims don't get promoted anymore, even if their performance is excellent.

Are you on PC/Mac or console?
Are there Mods / CC in your game? 
The career interface in the picture does not look normal.
Is this the Personal Trainer branch of the Athletic career?
Or the custom Personal Trainer career? 
Custom content or mods can interfere with the game and cause unexpected issues.

PC/Mac with Mods/CC
Try removing (not disabling) mods / cc and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Test the game to see if the issues are still there.

Resetting to a vanilla folder with zero mods/cc and test the game.
