Cant vacation

When my Sims arrive at their holiday house they cant go inside.....they just stand around outside and cannot go inside

Probably something is blocking the door or stairs. Where is this vacation home? Is this original Maxis house or it is from Gallery?
You can go to Management City mode, choose this vacation world, then check this lot, and maybe replace the door or stairs.
