Hello! I bought sims 3 5 month ago on my pc! I bought a new one and now I am reying tro redeem the code in the same account but it says that its already used! Can I do something about it?
@Koninoss You don't need to redeem the code a second time; the game should already be listed in your Origin library from the first time you registered it. Just login with the same account you used before, and click on My Game Library.
@Koninoss Are you sure you're using the same account that you did before? Some people have multiple accounts for various reasons, or create a new one with the same email address as the old one, and then they can't find their games.
If you're sure you're in the right account, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your game. It would be helpful if you could provide proof of purchase, like a credit card receipt or email confirmation, as well as the code.
