Cant start the sims 4

so i downloaded and bought the sims 4 on steam and i know i still need origin to run the game but every time i download it and try to open it, it says “This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin “windows” in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin” “Reinstalling the application may fix this problem”. OK i deleted it and downloaded it again about 50 times and it still pops up this. what do i do?

@beomgyu800  Please try running both Steam and Origin as an admin: right-click on each shortcut and select "Run as administrator."  Only try launching Sims 4 once both apps are open.

If this doesn't help, or if you can't open Origin, please clear its cache and uninstall it "the hard way":

Download the full installer (direct download link):

and run it as an admin as well.  Then open Origin and Steam as an admin and again try to play.
