Cant run sims game

I only have the sims on disc's and it won't open the game if the disc is not in and it only will allow one certain disc and I think my disc is to scratched to run because when i put it in it does not detect the disc so I was hoping that I can get in to the game in a different way. please help.

which game is not running ? because the game plays from your newest installed released game that one if the disk is badly scratched you can uninstall it and download and instal the digital version instead will check back later for your relay and will link the how to uninstall that one and how to back up your game before uninstalling
