Cant move, asking me to update driver.

I cant play my Sims 4 game at the moment. I can click on a sim but I cant scroll or move anywhere in live or build mode. I tried exiting the game and reloading but that didn't help either

Are you using mods or custom content in your game ?

Does CAS work ?
