Cannot sign into Origin launch window

Hi , yes I'm new, yes I've checked the last 3 pages. Just bought Sims 3 put it in the DVD drive all that comes up is a Sims 3 graphic with an Install button for Origin on the bottom. I click it and up pops login window I've signed up made a password got the 'congratz' email I go back to the login, typed in ID and password but I get this  error message 'Your email, origin ID, or password is incorrect'. I have signed into here and the EA sims community with this ID and password, I have changed the password 3 times using the email sent to me, I have checked that my cap lock key is off, I have cleared my browser cache, and deleted my browser history (one thread on the forum suggested it) nothing changes the error message. I know this must be really simple but I can't seem to find the anwser. There seems to be no way around this to install and play the game (which is all I want to do). Thank you all for your help and time on this.

It's probably best if you talked directly to a game advisor on this one.

 

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
