I cannot log in to the Sims 4 Gallery. (https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/browse?category=all&searchtype=item_name&sor...)
I've been trying since I signed up at EA.com and downloaded The Sims 4. When I choose Advanced and remove Maxis curated, I receive a prompt to log in. I click it and nothing happens. I try to log in without that prompt using the profile icon on the top right...nothing happens but the page reloading. I click on the EA icon and it shows that I am signed in to my EA.com account. I have also checked my Origin account. I am signed in, and I am playing, but when I try to log in via the web, Ive been getting the message that Sign in is unavailable. For 6 weeks?
I have a 64 bit ops sys, and I run Win 7 Ultimate.
Help, please?
