Cannot play Sims 4

When I tried to log in my account and press the "start to play" button, it shows that there are too many downlodes of this game from my account. However my computer is the only one computer that I used to play with, and I did not change my IP frequently. I would like to know how this happens and how to solve this problem.

@412683390   Do other people have access to your Origin account? Is it possible other people are logging into your Origin account?  First thing I would do is change your password! Is that the exact message you get? Are you the owner of the Origin account you are using? Only one user can have an Origin account open at a time.

add: the IP does not matter. If you have a standard internet service your public IP can change. I pay extra for a static IP address because I have a web server running.
