Cannot open the game Sims 4

Today, after the Origin update, I can't open the game. A message appears saying  'Your video card does not meet the min requirements to run this game'. I have been playing this game since it came out. I have 2 laptops so I opened the other one. After the Origin update, the Sims 4 icon appears in the lower part of my desktop but nothing more.... I can't do anything with it..... No message at all.

1. Could you do an Origin report and put the id here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-origin-error-reporting/
2. Once you've done that, try to turn off Origin in game to see if it then works: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/deactivate-origin-in-game/
