I can't Play Sims 4- CAS. it shows me this message

Windows 8 can be very unstable, and I'd first recommend updating to Windows 8.1. Here's an article that can walk you through how to do that: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/update-from-windows-8-tutorial

As far as the rest of your specs go, everything looks pretty great. The next step would be to uninstall the demo and run a cleaner (or if you're comfortable scouring your registry yourself, go for it). Then I'd reinstall it and give it another go.
