Re: Cannot open Sims 4 CAS

★★★ Guide

Windows 8 can be very unstable, and I'd first recommend updating to Windows 8.1. Here's an article that can walk you through how to do that: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/update-from-windows-8-tutorial

As far as the rest of your specs go, everything looks pretty great. The next step would be to uninstall the demo and run a cleaner (or if you're comfortable scouring your registry yourself, go for it). Then I'd reinstall it and give it another go.

Here's an article about CCleaner, which is the software cleaner I would recommend: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
